DESCRIPTION: As an Oracle Integration Specialist at Sensei, I developed REST integrations and PL/SQL packages to receive real-time hotel reservation data from various applications into the newly built OASIS (Hotel Front Desk Software).RESPONSIBILITIES:• Independently managed migrations and integrations of the new front desk application.• Led the team in designing the data architecture to support data from legacy databases and new REST endpoints, aligning with front-end APEX developers' requirements.• Directed the migration of Sensei’s reservation, guest, wellness, and health-related data from a legacy MySQL database to a new Oracle ATP database (OCI).• Developed various inbound and outbound REST integrations in OIC for booking and updating reservation data received from OPERA via HAPI.• Created REST integration endpoints in OIC to fetch customer data from applications such as Book4Time, Itinerary Builder, Thermal Body Mapping, and Secca.• Managed the deployment and maintenance of integrations via OCI’s API Gateway, controlling the flow, routing, authorization, and security of integration endpoint URLs.• Implemented refresh token-based authorization for stream flow REST integrations.

Conducted data analysis on customer behavior for a retail company using Python and SQL.Built a sentiment analysis model to analyze 50,000 customer reviews for a large e-commerce company.Prepared interactive dashboards using Power BI that helped increase sales by 10% for a food and beverage company by identifying new product opportunities. To train the model, Naive Bayes and SVM machine learning algorithms with accuracy ratings of 80% and 85%, respectively, were used, along with NLP techniques including tokenization, stemming, and stop word removal.

Computed competitive benchmarks with product engineers, presenting the results to the development team and performing head-to-head comparisons between our product and competitors using SOLIDWORKS.Developed predictive models using tools such as Python, R, and SQL that have resulted in a 10% increase in customer engagement for a leading e-commerce platform.Participated in an R&D project to conduct a crashworthiness study by analyzing data from Road Accident Sampling System India (RASSI) involving 950 accidents.
