• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. • Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. • Provide support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production. • Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.• Effectively utilize assigned resources to execute the Company’s production plans and delivering targeted volumes of high quality products at the lowest possible cost. • Monitor operational expenses, material usage, losses and overall unit cost to ensure efficient resource utilization.• Performing Client co-ordination and Dispatch of finished products.

• Ensure the QA/QC process, related certificates, documentation for the manufacturing process are prepared and collated in accordance with project and ISO requirements.• Coordinate in quality inspections with the clients and performing all the testing activities required as per the ITP.• Control of Non-Conformance reports and undertake remedial action.• Assist MR in monitoring the effectiveness of QMS, ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements, Liaise with External auditors. • Performing the Quality tests of Tensile strength, Stiffness strength, and Yield strength, Loss of Ignition, Barcol Hardness and Visual Checks.
