 Handling multiple Project security operation and maintaining service level as per the client expectation with the help of team members Keep tracking on all project device compliance level and tuning it for optimal level Maintain client network environment as per the client security standards and policies, maintain device contract status Preparing and presenting monthly operational status with project heads and keep them updated with the activities, Incident, change and problem ticket status Jump in to the high and critical severity calls and provide RCA if applicable
