Promote and manage the team for relevant Quality programs, tools, and methods (8D, DMAIC, Lean 6S, SPS, PFMEA, Line Audits, …) to ensure Continuous Improvement.• Manage Distribution Center Inventory and Continuously optimize replenishment processes, Bin Slotting to enhance efficiency and Capacity• Conduct Audits with actions to improve the inventory accuracy• Deep dive in data analysis and prepare recovery actions with cross-functional team to Leadership on initiatives that will drive improvement projects for customer service delivery, quality, and compliance• Optimize Logistic performance on aspects of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), quality, lay- out, productivity, lead-time, surface. Manage the Inventory and Life cycle of OT assets assessment and remediate any detected irregularities• Drive TPM actions for the Site to manage Preventive maintenance and improve reactive maintenance. Optimize the management of OPEX - spare parts, consumables, Repair and maintenance

• - Lead the project production assembly & Maintenance team members for 3MW wind turbine • - Establish the organisation and Manufacturing set up in the green filed project. • - Plan and execute the production project schedule of the turbine assembly. Implement shop floor project based process set up, material flow and Layout management.• - Execute the resourcing planning and organisation evolution based on the forecast.• - Training and developing the people skills of the host country from the EXPAT team.• - Preparing Annual operation expense and capital expense budget Plan for the Forecasted projects.

• - Execute projects related to Capacity Management, Continuous improvements, New product Launch & Plant Maintenance. Prepare business case investment plan for future Capex investments.• - Define Standard time & operating procedure for all manufacturing process and Material Handling. Improve process cycle time and product lead time.• - Prepare Manufacturing process Layout and warehouse Material flow plan with Lean manufacturing methodologies and progress for continuous improvement.• - Use Six Sigma DMAIC approach for root cause analysis and actions to meet the deliverables on Quality & Cost.• - Perform as manufacturing coordinator for all the factories in the business divisions for Best practice implementation and new manufacturing programs implementation.• - Manufacturing equipments/ Line design, installation and Qualification. TPM deployment and improve the equipment OEE.• - Conduct Workshops, Kaizen blitz to Identify improvement opportunities and drive Continuous improvement projects.• - Execute product Engineering and Value engineering change management process.• - Data synthesis & analysis of performance indicators and prepare recovery action for the Long-term industrial plan.• - Supplier, Subcontractor development and performance improvement for downstream supply.• - Guide and Mentor Green belt projects.
