• Managing project document control, engineering support, and compliance with policies and procedures. • Coordinating the activities of internal teams, vendors and other associate consultants to ensure proper planning, communications and implementation of solutions. • Communicating customer requirements to other cross-functional technical teams and other associate consultants to achieve project results. • Preparing detailed project report (DPR) for establishment of new green field or brown field dairy plant for analyzing the feasibility of the project.• Developing project costing for budget review and approval, Preparing P&ID, layout, technical specification and selecting appropriate bids, equipment, vendors, and sub-contractors.• Investigating and recommendation of equipment’s, automation systems and other manufacturing technologies in the Processing, Filling and Packaging environments.• Understanding of demand and identifying potential suppliers/ vendors in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high-quality products at competitive price.• Comparing and evaluating the offers received from suppliers technically and commercially & negotiating the contract terms of agreement and pricing.• Preparing purchase orders based on mutually agreed price and terms & conditions. • Developing overall Project Execution plan in order to meet the Project objectives and Customer’s expectations.• Preparing monthly internal and external progress reports detailing status of the project as it relates to engineering, procurement and construction.

• Preparing the scope of supply (BOM) based on the tender specification & quotation submitted by the sales team to the customers.• Execution of engineering changes as per the specification given by the customer.• To ensure that material and components are available for production, and final products are ready for dispatch.• Identifying potential suppliers/subcontractors/vendors in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high-quality products at competitive price.• Floating enquires, evaluating the technical specification of the offers received with vendors.• Comparing and negotiating the price & contract terms of agreement received from vendors.• Preparing purchase orders by verifying specifications and price. • Scheduling delivery of material to satisfy schedule dates and to prevent backorder.• Communicating the drawing/specification revisions to suppliers.• Following-up on the requirements to minimize past due schedules.• Expediting, scheduling and controlling inventory records for assigned projects.• Maintaining purchasing and Vendor performance data in Past Due, On-Time Delivery, and Service Loss.• Support vendor audit/qualification and periodic assessment procedures.• Maintaining inventory management records for assigned source material and updates records to reflect status, material availability, promise dates, past due orders, machine down material and ensuring systems accuracy to remain current with demand and identify problems relating to material availability.• Ensuring the dispatch of machinery happens within the committed delivery date given to customer / sales team.
