Responsibilities :-- Modelling in Catia V5( Part, Surface & Drawing)-- 2D Drafting with the knowledge of GD&T-- Modelling of part with design standard and manufacturing feasibility.-- Identify Preventive Failure issues, analyze & recommend improvement actions.-- Creating & maintaining of technical documents.-- Data Sharing with Analysis team.-- ENOVIA (PDM Data Management)-- Applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) techniques on both new and existing products to produce optimal design and manufacturing solutions

-- Making Master Section for the New Product -Assembly and New development part consideration-- Checking Regulation and making New Development Document ,BOM, Customer requirement Document-- Verifying the Engineering Design Standard and Making technical design Requirement -- Sharing the Input requirement to Indian Design centre and assisting them to design completeness-- Verifying and checking the Standards and New Concepts validation -- Benchmarking New concept from Competitors and Applying new Concept for Cost reduction-- Single Point Contact for Injection ,Structural and Thermal Analysis -- Attending Design Reviews and providing suggestions for Product design Improvement -- Costing Document ,Sales Document review and sharing -- DFMEA/DRBFM -- Coordinating Various team members with the Inputs from the Customer's and educating the team Members-- Follow-up activity for real product issues and Plant issues and Final Data and Drawing release -- Negotiation with CFT and Mold team -- Design the Product considering the Mold feasibility and Cost -- Applying Cost reduction on various Completed Projects-- Moldflow- Filling Analysis on the Small parts
