Daily meeting with doctors covert them towards my products now iam doing cipla urology div Before speaking about the achievements providing the background the territory: (Before year 2020) Data when I joined:Sales background before Aug 2020 (before i joined) : the territory with 44.6 % YTD , and growth - 40 % and PPP brands YTD was 35.3 % and Growth - 53.6 %Achievements: After 6 months continues working with the territory the negative growths were turned, into positive side and build a financial bridge in the Guntur division. details are as follows:  FY-2020 -2021: YTD: 61.8 % with growth -22.6 % PPP brands 52.4 with Growth -24.1 %.  FY-2021- 2022: YTD Achievement: 117 % with growth 52.7 % PPP brands 104.3 % with Growth 68.9 % FY-2022- 2023: YTD Achievement: 103 % with growth 30 % PPP brands 101% with Growth 41.8 %  FY-2023- 2024: till date Achievement: 110 % with growth 15 %. And I am glad to say and confirm that the above said or reported achievements were proven from my end with least dependencies on special rates, which was resulted in increase of the trade business.  I was awarded as “Best Therapy Knowledge” Esproute.  I have proven that Consistent performer past 3 + years  I awarded as "Achievers" for continuously Three years.  Improved the sale rate with in the 3 years, which was never.  I was Recognized in many of the meetings for the performance I have got multiple awards in sales and TherapyCommitment towards work: In my entire marketing carrier of 10+ years, this is my second organization, which has been proven my sustainability in the target-oriented fields.
