Coordination of Recruitment cycle, dealing with consultants for CV, organize Campus & Mass Drives for manpower requirements, conducting campus recruitment processes in as a panelist, Selection process, and Offer generations, joining follow-ups and joining formalities completion, Preparing the new hire orientation schedules, Organizing New Employee Orientation & Induction, Handling Employee Wellness Programme (EAP) and Grievance Handling. Supervise facilities of the organization including smooth operations and optimized resource utilization. Handling Employee Grievances & Employee Welfare, Canteen Management and guest management. Good Knowledge in Liaision with various govt sources and capable to handle green filed projects.
