As Design Engineer - from 2008 till 2010-- Was an individual contributor, Gained product knowledge and the simulation software used for CFD simulations. Have executed various sub-system CFD simulation in Flow & Heat transfer.As Sr. Engineer - from 2010 to 2011: -- Was an Individual contributor executing Sub-system & System level CFD simulations more particularly for Ovens & cook top categories.-- Mentoring the new additions to the team by sharing the knowledge and simulation experiences.As Dy.Manager; from 2011 to 2014-- Was working as an individual contributor and have executed system level thermal CHT simulations and have prepared the base simulation model & templates, Validated the results with the experimental test data. Validations involve Electrical cooktops & Ovens for various platforms.-- Have prepare simulation standards for various sub-system & system level CFD simulations for Ovens & Cooktops.-- Have been acting as reviewer for cooking category and was responsible for cooking project deliverables.As Manager: from 2014 to 2016-- Leading a team of 19 people involving 6 CAD modelers and 13 Simulation Analysts.-- Providing required support to the team members in technical & non-technical aspects-- Work on new capability development areas & project deliverables with the help of reviewers & technologists-- Work on updating the Talent pool Matrix-- Exploring ways to contribute at the maximum to implement the leadership strategies and be part of achieving the organization goals.As Lead Engineer: from 2016 to Till date-- Exploring MW heating technology-- Involved in System model development planning & execution for Ovens-- Guiding & training interns and providing the appropriate feedback on their performance-- Been part of interview panel in recruiting, for CFD open positions

-- Was involved in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities of Waste Heat Recovery boilers. The equipment involved major components such as Multi-Stage centrifugal pumps, High Pressure reciprocating pumps, Blowers, Boiler panels, Boiler drum, Oil fired Super Heaters, De-Mineralisation water plant, flash Tank,De-Aerator, De-Super-heater, -- Was been assigned an independent project worth 2 Crore within 9 months of joining. I was able to complete the project till the project handover and completed the minutes of meeting with the end customers. However, there were few areas where I was inexperienced and have to face few problems. But, due to the my proper alignment with the Customer & my parent company, I was able to handle the situation smoothly.-- I was very much integrated with the customer side engineers and have helped in providing them suggestion where they have faced few major problems in their plant operations. My suggestions have helped them overcome the issue they were facing(in Pump pressure fluctuation & Blower pressure drop issues) and was well recognized by the them which led to offering me a job in their company. However, I have refused to join due to my future career plans to continue my Masters studies in CFD.

-- Was involved in maintenance of various mechanical equipment such as Pumps, Blowers & Fans, Compressors etc..-- Have gained an operation experience of Sulphuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Utility & CAD data management sections.-- Prepared an detailed report of Steam turbine driven process air blower and calculated the operating efficiency of the blower and have submitted to the Engineering Lead & the HR department before the end of training period.
