There are also modules that deal with capital markets and the insurance business.Modules worked on:• LOS, Home Loans, Collections, MortgagesAs is Process:• SBI has integrated Core Banking Solution (CBS) and has implemented indigenously developed loan origination system which is currently integrated to the Core Banking System.• This includes regular Operations like Cash Deposits/withdrawals, Cheque Clearing and remittances (Fund Transfer, I/W & O/W remittances) at the Retail Branches as well as Hub Centers.• Branch Safe Deposit Lockers, NEFT/RTGS and customer level modifications were maintained in the different Applications which are integrated in the CBS.• All the loans related to Personal Segment (Personal Loans, Loans against Deposits, Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, Car Loans, GOLD Loans) have been migrated to the indigenously developed solution and this has resulted in faster processing of loan applications resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
