Anniyam is a fintech startup specializing in SHG digitization. As the Delivery Manager, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including project management, development, design, quality assurance, and deployment. This is a particularly exciting and challenging phase of my career. I am committed to working closely with my team to ensure the project's success.

My career began at Yesteam, where I faced numerous challenges due to the small team size and large project scope. The application required a significant modernization from an outdated codebase to the latest standards. In addition to my development responsibilities, I played a key role in overseeing the entire development process, including backend, frontend, API, and support. The project was successfully implemented in over 250 districts across India.

Upon completing my MCA, I embarked on my professional journey at iTech. It was a rewarding period, filled with learning opportunities, valuable experiences, and teamwork. Under the guidance of Mr. Biju Narayanan (The Director of iTech) Sir, I was inspired to pursue a fulfilling career path. By diligently following his advice and dedicating significant effort to developing the application, I gained a wealth of knowledge during my early days at iTech.
