Worked as an independent contractor doing Dynamics CRM consultant development. We had a key client called USCCB (United States Conference of Catholic Bishops). We did a huge project for this client when I worked for Prosoft Systems Intl., After I left Prosoft Systems, they need support for the project we did. So through this consulting company, I maintained the existing system and handling additional enhancement for the client.

Due to its size, working at Prosoft Systems Intl. has required me to take on multiple roles depending upon client requirements and inhouse product development. I played a Lead Software Architect role when it comes to product developments. I love coding and deeply involve in coding part as well on products and Dynamics CRM customization.At times, I managed an international development team overseeing enterprise level Microsoft Dynamics applications. Other times, I would be used in a training / mentoring role to bring other developers up to speed on coding methodologies. During this time, I would also create course material and generate exercises in the use of class workbooks.The inhouse products that I led for Prosoft's are: Coordinat-iR - Coordinat-iR focuses on providing Cybersecurity Incident Responders with the tools they need to complete their job as quickly as possible. This is done through Microsoft Dynamics as a platform. Incident responders keep track of assets, artifacts, attackers, and their techniques. Through the use of automation, Coordinat-ir can effectively limit the impact of a cybersecurity incident.CTK – Capture the Knowledge is a trivia type game that will incorporate aspects of Dynamics 365. The purpose of this game is to provide a marketing vehicle to training services that Prosoft provides. EBAX - EBAX (Excel Business Application Exchange) is a Microsoft Excel add-in that allowed users to enter information into Excel and then push to either Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft SharePoint. Used primarily for sales personnel EBAX is also utilized by Dynamics administrators for data cleanup and data import.Opportunity Timeline - Opportunity Timeline is a Microsoft Dynamics add-on designed around tracking sales users' use of opportunities. During my time at Prosoft I have been asked to work with all brands of Microsoft Technologies from Microsoft Dynamics, to Microsoft Azure, to straight portal development to MVC model development.

Positive Edge Technologies is consulting firm, where I was working for Prosoft Systems International from the day I had joined. For the Prosoft Systems, I’m working as a Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (MS CRM) customization developer. I had done lots of project/customization in MS CRM and worked on MS CRM Add-Ins and other MS product supports.I had done lots of MS Certification and I’m MS Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist for MS CRM.

Worked on MS .NET technologies. It’s a product development company where we developed HR (Human Resource) products. Played a vital role in the development team as leader/SR. developer. Involved in System design/coding and documentation.

Joined in a MS technology team as a Developer and worked on quite a lot of MS products. Most of the products are related to HR (Human Resource). Involved in Coding, development, and documentation of the system and reports generation.

Tantums system was a product development company. They developed products for Hospitals and Clinics using Microsoft Visual Basics. Medxpert and Clinixpert are their products. It’s VB/ASP project. I played my role as a programmer here. I was involved in the product development and had a nice experience with MS technologies. Involved in coding, report generation and testing.
