CULTIVATION- Craft and implement innovative strategies for the cultivation facility, focusing on expansion, incorporation of cutting-edge technologies, and process modifications to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce expenses.- Create and execute a comprehensive cultivation schedule that maximizes the facility's capacity for producing consistent, high-quality cannabis, while continuously meeting the plants' requirements at every stage of growth.- Establish and enforce precise schedules for fertilization, irrigation, feeding and integrative pest management, along with specific environmental guidelines, to ensure strict adherence to these protocols.OPERATIONS- Deal with the efficient and effective management of Natrabis’ operations. This includes supply chain management, production planning, quality control, and process optimization.- Draw relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.- Balance and forecast large-scale production cannabis flowers with customer demand in mind while managing constraints in resources, labor, and technology.TEAM MANAGEMENT - Establish a top-tier cultivation team and foster a culture of excellence that promotes innovation and mentorship. Emphasize coaching and mentoring, concentrating on the developmental needs of employees, while ensuring a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.- Instruct and oversee cultivation managers, supervisors, lead technicians and technicians in the application of approved and appropriate cultivation methods, processes, and procedures.QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE- Ensure that Natrabis products and services meet high standards and are consistent which involves quality control systems, including comprehensive analysis of manufacturing and strategic negotiations with suppliers.
