* Managing sales activities of existing customer portfolio, * Maintaining regular contact with all customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations, * Finding new customers , searching for new applications & markets continuously, * Supporting marketing activities and new product releases, * Working closely with Research-Development and Product Management team to manage long term projects, * Supporting customer service team for continuous improvement of Customer Service, * Being responsible of payments and support collection team where necessary, * Preparing monthly report for customer visits, sales realized and new projects initiated.

* Entering the purchase orders into the system and sending to the supplier, * Following the delivery performance of the orders and ensuring their arrival on time, * Defining material cards that are not found in the system according to the procedure, * Providing order management and follow-up If there are changes about arrivals, make updates in the system and inform the sales division, * Establishing coordination with the customs agent, * Getting the prices from the shipping companies according to the way of loading of the orders and to provide the logistics according to the price approval, * Updating regularly the import list on the system, * Registering arrived materials to the system, * Transferring the expense information of the files that import process is finished to accounting department.

* Providing order management basing on related procedures and policies, * Registering the purchase orders into the system and sending to the supplie, * To do the freight and cost study of the materials and to provide the logistics organization, * Following the delivery KPIs of the orders and ensuring their arrival on time, * Ensuring coordination with the relevant parties on the side of the manufacturer, transporter, customs officer and bank, * Follow-up and control of the import process of the materials subject to import with the customs officer, * Ensuring communication with overseas suppliers and organizing necessary organizations, * Researching new suppliers and possible opportunities in the global market, reporting to the management.
