I had started my career as Body Development Engineer. Ford Cargo and Transit Connect starting from Concept development to weight optimization were samples of projects. My Body Development Engineer career had helped me to gain experience on cost effective, lightweight, feasible design solutions and also manufacturing processes. At the same time, I had completed Master of Business Administration at ITU, which enabled to have a better understanding of other aspects of business besides engineering. I had continued my career as Senior Vehicle Attribute Engineer. My responsibility was to give sign off for new systems or vehicles. This includes defining/creating required vehicle/system level tests and planning these tests in cost and time efficient manner. In this period i had performed heavy truck customer onsite visits to investigate customer usage conditions and benchmark competitors. I started my management career as Durability Supervisor. As a supervisor I had opportunity to build up Durability team from 4 to 18 members. My team successfully completed Ford Cargo 1846T and The New Transit Connect, Transit Courier Projects.After management of Durability teams, I had opportunity to manage different disciplines as CAE Program Management and Weight Supervisor. This position requires extensive communication, project management and working/integrating cross functional teams. Recently I am managing Investment Plans and Business Plans for Engineering Department as Vehicle Evaluation and Verification Technical Specialist. I have also started Management and Organization PhD Program to focus on entrepreneurship and Innovation.During 18 years in Automotive Product Development (including 8 years of managing teams), I had involved in many vehicle programs from concept to production. This helped me not to limit my experience on my expertise areas, moreover have a better understanding of whole Product Development Process.
