- Responsible of 4-6 cylinder engine machining lines (Block, head, crank shaft, conrod, flywheel)- Setting short and long term objectives and communicate them to team- Ensure continuity of production respect to Ford Production System- Ensure continuity of production in line with the demands of planning and marketing- Create Business Continuity Plan to use on unexpected cases.- Making improvement studies with work groups to increase working standards, efficiency, and employee engagement- Commissioning equipment and machines for new launch projects- Defining bill of process(BoP) and process flow charts- Efficiency improvement activities to reduce takt time and increase productivity

As a part of Power Train Operations (PTO);- Reacting against instant failures in production line by providing alternative and practical solutions not to stop delivery - Conducting action plans against top issues in external/internal quality indicators (R/1000, CPU, Scrap Ratio, FTT.. etc) - 8D/6 Sigma Problem solving methodology usage for process failures- Reduce industrial material (cutting fluids, cutting tools, oil.etc) consumption. Making projects based on cost reduction - Providing constant support to quality team about process related problems which comes through internal or external customers- Commissioning new machines and equipments (milling, turning, drilling machines, mono/multi spindle DC tools, RTV equipments. etc.) for serial production and providing the technical guidelines. - Analysing component drawing requirements, including tolerances, GD&T, and their use in stack calculations- Supporting new projects and products with Project Launch Team - Preparing/optimizing new production line lay-outs and assuring robustness of emplacement- Updating the Dynamic Control Plan documents (Operations sheets, Control plans, Master lists.etc) and keeping them up to date- Designing new tools, fixture tools to obtain non-stop serial production - Preparing investment plans, taking quotation from vendors, purchase order for an equipment and setting-up - Making process improvements to increase production efficiency - Assurance of process and production quality by using PFMEA,SPC and control plans- Taking role as an internal auditor in ISO TS 16949:2009 internal audits.
