• Managing and controlling the operational results of Raw Material and Finished Good Warehouses having around 1000 types of raw material, 4000 types of finished products, with a staff of 22 operators and 2 warehouse responsible.• Managing Internal Logistics Operations by controlling the flow of materials to manufacturing areas.• Coordinating External Logistics Operations and freight forwarders, including about 400 customers spreading in almost all regions in Turkey and some countries in Middle Asia.(1% Logistics Cost Reduction by shifting from partial shipment to Full Truck Load Shipment for Konya, Turkey route)• Monitoring inventory levels in terms of slow-moving, non-moving materials and leading cross-functional teams to define the root causes and eliminate the occurrences.(3% decrease in non-moving finished goods by leading the R&D team to let them change the product formulas to use the non-moving goods)• Defining and implementing improvements in warehouse and logistics processes.

• Managing warehouse operations consisting of around 7500 types of raw material, 1200 types of finished products and with a staff of about 60 operators and 1 warehouse specialist.• Defining and implementing various cost reduction activities in Supply Chain / Logistics area with the saving of about € 200k.• Maintaining the highest stock accuracy level of 99.96% among all Delphi plants in Europe, based on the annual inventory counting results for the last 2 years.• Designing improvements in operations, 5 of which have been recognized among the best practices in Delphi plants with the result of increase in storage space by 25% and headcount saving by 9%.• Complying 98.8% with the Enterprise European Operating Standards according to the audit results as one of the highest level of compliance among all Delphi plants in Europe for all in-bound / out-bound warehousing processes (Receiving, Storage, Picking, Delivery) and manufacturing connections.• Designing and managing of all processes in warehouses in accordance with Lean Management, Kaizen Systems, Pull Flow, Kanban activities, 5S and Health & Safety rules.• Defining, managing and controlling the Budget for warehouse operations and packaging materials.• Improving his subordinates’ abilities by coaching and leadership.

• Since managing Ford Mondeo & Galaxy Project remarkably without any premium freight, being assessed as “Performed Outstandingly” in the personnel business evaluation. • Generating long term and short term production plans for Ford Mondeo & Galaxy Project, Belgium.• Making capacity plans of direct labor in line with production plans, aiming both to eliminate excess or obsolete product inventory and to eliminate shortage in any customer demand simultaneously.• Coordinating personnel and machine according to the production plan.• Creating delivery plans according to customers’ demands with the aim of accurate and on time delivery in coordination with Finished Goods Warehouse and Import Department.• Monitoring production plan attainment and taking necessary actions together with Manufacturing Management and Method Engineering to keep up with production and delivery plans.• Tracking of delivery performance to Ford Belgium.

• Reducing BOM Errors Value from 1 million to 0.5 million Euro in 1 year by comparing the actual weekly consumption with the consumption according to BOM to find out the discrepancies, leading a cross functional team for implementation of corrective actions. • Managing the suppliers very carefully during SAP ERP Implementation and Go Live without any shortage or excess inventory.• Never causing any spills in production related with material in either Istanbul, Bursa or Izmir Plants.• Due to dedication and outperforming in duties, being assigned job enrichment task of preparing general procurement reports of Material Planning and Control Department, Turkey.• Planning material orders / procurement according to production plans.• Keeping inventory within the limits based on DOH, inventory value metrics.• Determining material planning strategies and updating strategy parameters.• Tracking the suppliers’ shipments to ensure to get the right part on right time with the right quantity.• Coordinating and following supplier performance in terms of supplying materials on a timely basis.• Solving material shortage problems with minimum cost incurred.
