This involves anticipating issues, providing solutions, and making adjustments to the project plan as needed.- Communication: I facilitate effective communication which includes regular status updates, progress reports, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the development process.- Quality Assurance: I collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that rigorous testing processes are in place to maintain the quality and reliability of our software products. This includes defining testing criteria, reviewing test plans, and addressing any issues identified during testing

I provided technical support to faculty, staff, and students, addressing issues ranging from hardware malfunctions to software glitches. My duties involved responding promptly to inquiries via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, to swiftly resolve IT-related issues.

Between 1997 and 2003, I pursued programming as a hobby. During this time, I created personal websites using ASP 3.0, PHP, optimizing some for mobile devices with using WML (Wireless Markup Language). I also experimented with PHP-Nuke CMS and used Frontpage for web development. Additionally, I developed some exploit scanners using Delphi 7 for personal use.
