1) Merchandise Planning (pre-season)- Planning of merchandise for 9 O&O + 5 Partner Factory Outlet stores- Planning of financial KPIs including GM, Sell-Thru and Inventory Turn goals- Set up Open-To-Buy plan - Conduct product selection for FTW, APP and ACC within OTB framework and provide management with full analysis on selection criteria and future planning- Prepare Made For Outlet purchases including sizing and buy phasing and execute optimal inventory supply based on the targets and store feedback2) Merchandise Controlling (in-seaon)- Allocation: Recommend key actions to the allocation team to replenish top styles or cancel low performing styles- Inventory Tracking: Management of product flow and stock inventories for stores of responsibility Set up plans and monitor execution of stock transfers from FPS to FOCs- Pricing: Category Management and pricing of both Hash products and MFO range- Promotion: Coordinate the execution of promotional activities for liquidation of Hash stock- Capacity Tracking: Manage the implementation of space management for Factory Outlet stores from merchandising point of view in partnership with Visual Merchandising (store capacity planning and tracking)- Influencing: Attend weekly Retail meetings with Head of Retail and Head of Merchandise to track store performance, propose action plans and execute- Reporting: Issue key merchandise reports for all divisions (FTW, APP and ACC)- Presenting: Communicate and present strategies, business results with internal & external functions- Analyzing: Analyze and track financial goals including monitor annual sales and GM3) Merchandise Evaluation (post-season)- Recap the performance of the assortment including average weekly sell-through. color perfomance and SKU productivity- Analyze and report key item contribution- Use analysis outcome for future buys- Manage markdown process and exit strategy for slowmovers
