I graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in January 2019. In the same period, I started my master's degree at the same university in the Department of Materials. I completed my course period in my master's degree and graduated in February 2022. Within the scope of my master's thesis, I volunteered in the preparation of a TÜBİTAK 1001 project on vitrified ceramics. I was also entitled to receive "TUBITAK 2210-D Domestic Industry Graduate Scholarship" for my thesis. In my previous position, I worked as a Senior R&D Incentive Specialist for the Ministry of Industry, R&D Centres(5746), Design Centres(5746), TÜBİTAK Projects, Ministry of Trade, Technopark(4691) and KOSGEB supports. I provided support to companies in these areas and ensured the completion of technical and financial preparations in the management of the process. I am currently working as a Development Specialist in the R&D department of Eczacıbaşı Esan. I continue to improve myself in the fields of R&D, project management, innovation. In addition, I took part in the management of YTU Student Sports Club, which has nearly a thousand members every year, for 2 years. By taking an active role in management, I developed myself in areas such as project planning, project coordinatorship, teamwork, social responsibility.

  - Carrying out new product studies and R&D activities in the potential growth opportunities of the organization, reporting to the R&D Center.- Manage the R&D studies in the laboratory, to make experimental planning and to report.- Initiated follow up and carry out market/application research related to the developed R&D projects, to contribute to feasibility studies and to play a role in making decisions.- Ensure internal and external coordination of the developed R&D projects.- Cooperate with universities and industrial organizations, to ensure the general coordination of these, and to advance the R&D activities.- Determine the data card and catalog values by following the long-term analyzes of the developed products.- Making recipe studies for vitrified ware, tile, glass, paint raw materials and ensuring their commissioning.- Find new sectors for existing products and to introduce new products to existing sectors.- Researching the suitability of new raw materials/products in the market and following the samples given.- Prepare a detailed report by following the current developments and market trends in the relevant sectors.- Examine the application results of minerals that can create new investment opportunities in different sectors, to organize laboratory processes and to ensure their evaluation.- Contributing to innovation and project management studies.
