-Working closely with stakeholders from across the business to collect and comprehend the requirements for production and manufacturing.-Engaging in SAP PP and SAP PP/DS implementation initiatives, encompassing tasks such as system setup, testing, data transition, and providing training to users.-Preparing comprehensive documentation covering configurations, procedures, and user manuals, ensuring seamless knowledge dissemination and efficient system upkeep.

-Providing technical support to customer; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required.-Engaging in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels;-On site services-Providing routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.-Assisting Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in existing customer.-Participating in design reviews, new application start-ups, and evaluations.-Supporting Nalco innovations and technologies in the district accounts-Following Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements

-Responsible for the technical follow-up and chemical analyses and applications of the water treatment at TÜPRAŞ Kırıkkale Refinery.-Investigating and troubleshooting customer reported complaints and problems.-Preparing all necessary documentation after the service projects and sending it to the customer on time.-Reviewing product composition updates according to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) and label warning statements.-Develop new application areas for existing customers.
