I am an experienced industrial engineer with over 16 years in the manufacturing industry, currently contributing to Brisa & Bridgestone's joint venture at the Izmit, Turkey tyre manufacturing plant. My career has provided me with extensive expertise in production planning, process optimization, and operational excellence across multiple industries, including tyre, plastic injection, and stainless steel.I bring a Future of Work (FOW) mindset to the manufacturing space, integrating Agile methodologies and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
