Strategize and liaise and work directly with Guest Relations Vice Presidents on the development of customer satisfaction, during times of increased vigilance and regulation.o Ensure KPIs were met, with daily top line earnings exceeding $500k+ from gaming and $80k+ from Food and Beverage.o Drive high levels of guest experience and customer satisfaction through the development and fostering of unique and personable relations to ensure the highest levels of experiences.o Marketing activation assessments and P&L of a department that would gross over $2m a month from Food and Beverage in physical and theoretical gain. Main stakeholder in financial developments and decision making, primarily on the analytics of financial feasibility.

Premium Food and Beverage - In Room Diningo Assist in the management of a VIP operations sector of a team of over 30 members in a 24-hour operation; Overseeing operations to 3 hotel towers, Private Super Yacht (Benetti 44.2m), Private Jet (Bombadier Global Express Jet) and Executive Conferences (ASX 200 Financial Committee)o Train and maintain Forbes 5-star service for The Darling Hotel (Only Forbes 5 Star hotel in NSW as of 2023, one of three in Australia and only less than 400 listed as true 5 star across the world)o Key Stakeholder within The Star's "Star at Home" program, generating over $1m of revenue through lockdown through efficient data driven decisions, heading all analytical data extraction.
