I manage production planning operations, which included its activities; compact, vacuum and trailed type road sweepers, disinfectant and sterilization vehicles, hydraulic garbage compactors and transfer trailers, hooklift, mini tipper, skip loader, container washing vehicle, water tanker, sewage truck, combine machine, different type of platforms, tree transplanting machine, trailer, and compost machine it constitutes the widest product range of the sector with its productions.

I am managing overall plan of Konya Sugar plants as Sugar, Bioethanol, Sugar Packed, Liquid Sugar, Organic Liquid Fertilezer, Liquid Carbondioxide, Cologne and Disinfectant Filling Plant.

I am working as a Production-Budget Planning and Stock Control Specialist in Bioethanol Plant. I am responsible for Bioethanol Plant’s overall planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, internal financial controls and executive reporting of total company. I am participate in assessing organizational and business performance against long-term strategy and play a key role in the future growth of the company. In detail, I am responsible to do tracking and planning of daily production to increase the effectiveness in production capacity, to ensure effective communication with other departments for collection of accurate and timely information to be used in reporting, to prepare the daily production report and reporting to top management, to calculate productivity of production lines and workers and to report for top management, To determine the amount of wastage in production and to minimize the amount of waste by optimization studies in this area, to create effective control mechanisms in stocks of semi-finished and finished products and to reduce inventory costs at minimum level, to prepare unit cost report by calculating operational unit cost of products and to minimize the unnecessary cost in production in order to maximize profitability. On the other hand, I am specialist about SAP-ERP software, PP, Purchasing, and Inventory Modules to ensuring the daily operation, and continued development of the SAP PP, module in support of key business processes. My primary focus for this SAP role is a blend of Production Planning, Demand Planning.
