Execute the projects having commitments under signed contracts to external customers and using the products developed at Production Lines to implement the technical commitments.Key Accountabilities:- Command And Control Systems- Maritime Reconnaissance and Surveillance Systems- Middleware Software, Data Distribution System(DDS) Software- Mission Critical Systems, Real Time Systems- Data Link Systems (Link-11 / Link-16 / Link-22)- Business Development- Project ManagementWorked as Consultant for Combat Management and Data-Link Systems between 2006-2007.Worked as Project Manager for Combat Management System(CMS) Product Line between 2007-2008.Worked as Project Manager for “Coast Guard Search and Rescue Ship CMS Software Development Project” with ASELSAN, “Countermeasure Dispensing System Support Center Project” with ROKETSAN and “Electronic Warfare Support Center Project” for Turkish Navy between 2009-2015.Starting from 2014, currently working as the Program Manager for “Navy Information Exchange System” Project for overseas in which 4 Product Lines and 2 Sub Products involved and also responsible for the “Command and Control Capabilities for Coordinated Naval Operations” R&D Project.Working experience for about 10 years with CMMI Level 5 Company Procedures and processes on Project Management in National and International Projects. A member of PMI and ASQ Organizations for almost 10 years. And also teaching “Project Management”, “Project Planning” and “Risk Management” Courses to the employees in MilSOFT.
