Responsible for 1. Engineering and design development of new systems and projects,2. Preparing specifications and contract packages for tendering,3. Management of construction and site activities,4. Upkeeping performance of existing facilities and structures.

Engineering consultancy services have been provided to mid-scale industrial projects, and to that of plant managements whose intention was to expand or improve performance of existing plant structures. In this context, some services provided include the following:1. Perform and manage structural assessment and condition assessment of existing steel structures and reinforced concrete structures in contact with seawater and other aggressive agents such as jetty, seawater intake etc.2. Prepare project specifications in relation with civil and structural engineering discipline.3. Review contract documents prepared by others, and report to executive management the key issues and potential risks involved in the contract.

Manage overall project from contract negotiations and organizational set up to construction with due consideration to project budget, schedule, quality and performance requirements.PROJECT SCOPEConstruction of 4 chryogenic tanks (Ethylene and Propylene) with full containment design, having a storage capacity of 30.000 m3 each. The containment wall of the tanks employ horizontal post-tensioning.

Design and construction of shoring systems, cast-in-situ bored piles, and soil improvement by jet grouting.
