✔ After I graduated as “Electrical Engineering” in 2010, I worked almost for a year in Turkey and went to Afghanistan in July 2011. As you know; Afghanistan is a disadvantaged and difficult country for a variety of reasons. At the beginning of my career was a risky step to decide to go to this country. However, if we leave our comfort zone in life, we can improve ourselves more. So I did exactly that and courageously stepped out of my comfort zone. It was the first big challenge of my career. ✔ I took part in 6 different projects within the body of YUKSEL Construction between 2011 and 2014. Thanks to my personal and team management competencies in the Afghanistan projects, I personally accepted the blocked projects of difficult periods and ensured that the relevant projects were completed quickly and delivered to the project owner (NATO & US ARMY) representatives in accordance with the standards. I was deemed worthy of achievement awards with my high performance on this subject.✔ I served as “Special Airport System Manager” in the “KKIA Terminal 5” project in Riyadh - KSA between 2014 and 2016.✔ I served as “Baggage Handling Systems Manager” in the construction of 3 runways, the 1st phase of the airport construction, and the terminal building with a capacity of 90 million passengers between 2016 and 2019 on behalf of IGA (Istanbul Grand Airport) which was established to build and operate the Istanbul Airport for 25 years. We accomplished a record success with a FIRST IN THE WORLD by completing all engineering and design coordination (preliminary, concept design, detail design processes, shop drawing, 3D modeling), equipment productions, all tests, transportation to the field, preparation of assembly areas, delivery to firms and mechanic-electric-IT assembly in a short time like 24 months, and the project was implemented and delivered smoothly.✔ I served as “SAS Manager” in the Kuwait Intl Airport construction project on behalf of LIMAK KUWAIT SBC between June 2019 to May 2022. All tender and coordination processes of the systems that I am responsible for within the scope of this project rapidly completed and made ready for assembly and project completion purposes.✔ I have been working as “Senior SAS & MSI Manager” in the Maldives Velana Intl Airport project on behalf of BHIG since May 2022.
