I developed perception algorithms for intelligent mobile platforms in various applications such as ADAS for highway driving and autonomous off-road mobility. My primary responsibility was to realize multi-object tracking algorithms which effectively incorporate information acquired by multiple sensors, such as lidars, radars, and cameras. Laboratory Setups for Control and Robotic ApplicationsWe got funded by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey and founded a start-up company in Technopolis, METU. We designed and manufactured several laboratory setups, such as a rotational inverted pendulum and a two degree-of-freedom helicopter, to be used in teaching and research.
