My professional journey began in 2010 as a foreign trade specialist, where I gained a profound understanding of international trade and finance. From 2011 to 2023, I served as the corporate marketing manager at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, where I played a key role in decision-making processes that shaped financial strategies, risk management, and credit evaluations.Currently, I hold the position of finance director, where I oversee the development and implementation of financial strategies aimed at optimizing processes for sustainable growth. My expertise in SAP and ERP systems has enabled me to streamline complex financial operations, enhancing both accuracy and efficiency. Beyond my technical skills, I possess a solid foundation in risk analysis, budget management, and financial reporting, which has proven essential in navigating the financial landscape.I am passionate about guiding teams toward success through motivational leadership and strategic planning. My ability to perform under pressure, coupled with strong analytical thinking, allows me to deliver quick and effective solutions, driving positive outcomes for both my teams and the organizations I work with.
