Having experience in various sectors including journalism and education, I worked as a senior manager in the public sector for 18 years. I co-founded Community Matters, a management consultancy providing a diverse range of consultancy services to public sector, voluntary and community sector organisations, and private sector. Community Matters specialises in workforce planning and development for the health and care sector, adopting innovative approaches for business planning, performance management, strategy development, research, and needs analysis, and managing outcome focussed projects and programmes.We specialise in providing workforce planning and development consultancy for health and care sectors in the UK. We also deliver apprenticeships in a wide ranging of areas, including Business Administration, Healthcare Support Worker, Community Health and Wellbeing Worker. Our apprenticeship programmes are tailor made to each cohort, taking into consideration the employment sectors and specific needs and demands for that particular sector.
