Establishment of Simge Muhendislik (2001); mainly focused on engineering services, general construction duties.As being the sole owner and the director of Simge Muhendislik, I have successfully completed many residential, commercial and industrial construction projects (2001- 2010) within the region including two mid-sized hospitals (2005 and 2007).Establishment of Proto Yapi San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. (2010); pre-construction planning and design support, construction services, construction project management and consultancy.Currently running an international residential project near Sapanca/Sakarya and developing multiple residential projects in Sakarya for the local market.With the experience and the high capability I have, my next objective is to get the opportunity to perform my management skills in an overseas project which is correlated with my profession and/or discipline and to lead it to its next level successfully with the highest standards of performance.Specialties: Besides the professional skills, I am good at negotiation, motivation, organization and leadership. I have the knowledge of Project Management (PMI) principles.I am pretty much experienced at interacting with computers both at software and hardware ends. I am able to use several 2D and 3D design and visualization softwares and an expert at office applications. I am quite good at Internet related tasks and I know how to reach information served over global network.
