As a Data Analytics Manager at Concentrix, I lead the data analysis and reporting activities. I also have a bachelor's degree in economics from Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi, with an exchange semester at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach. Additionally, I completed a certificate program in Big Data and Business Analytics from Istanbul Technical University (Mindset Institute), where I gained practical and hands-on experience in working with various data tools and platforms.I am passionate about leveraging data to drive business value and innovation, and to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
