- Manage all parameter controls for IFRS 9 ECL calculations and analyze the resulting data.- Report monthly calculated ECL data (including risk, provisions, collateral, etc.) to senior management, BRSA, subsidiaries, and any units requesting a report.- Conduct impact analysis by performing necessary simulations for updates to ECL calculations.- Detect chronic errors in collateral data (critical for IFRS 9 calculations) and rectify them by creating dynamic dashboards (using Power BI) to prevent recurring errors.- Develop and input the required rules for IFRS 9 calculations into the Data Quality Tool.- Make adjustments as mandated by regulations, perform control checks for these adjustments, and estimate their effects (e.g., Individual Assessment, COVID Adjustment, etc.)- Prepare resources for IFRS 9 training within the bank and deliver training to interested departments (covering SQL, SPSS Modeler, R, Power BI, and Data Quality Tool training)- Organize all audits conducted by internal and external auditors, as well as BRSA audits, and analyze findings along with necessary responses.- Prepare parametric 3-year ECL estimates based on scenarios defined by relevant authorities, enabling rapid response to changes, and create Stress Test Reports accordingly.

- Completed a 1-year Data Scientist training program, sponsored by Denizbank and delivered by consultants.- Post-training, participated in bank projects, including the "Next Best Offer" project, where we identified customer needs and recommended suitable products based on customer behavior and satisfaction metrics using logistic regression, SQL, and R.- Participated in a hackathon organized by Denizbank and Microsoft, contributing to the creation of the second-best churn model using encrypted bank data, primarily using R.- Attended Microsoft Azure training through Denizbank's Microsoft consultancy.- Assisted consultants in data preparation and modeling for the Unsecured LGD model.- Actively involved in the data preparation process for the PD model developed by our bank.

- Provided consultancy support to undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students for approximately 300 different theses, a practice that began during my undergraduate education and continues to this day.- Primarily using statistical programming languages such as SPSS Statistics, R, Python, and MS SQL.
