Technical and administrative management of the new investments on metal mining planned and organized by Investment Department within Yıldızlar SSS Holding. Organization of process / feasibility study, plan / project preparation stages and implementation of those at site. During the establishment of the mines, coordination and control of sub-divisions such as purchasing, warehouse, workshop, plant – machinery assembly and construction departments. Integration of the new investments to holding departments. Determining human resources need for the operation of the plant including blue and white collar personnel and administrative staff and recruitment of those before operation starts.

Organization and management of all departments including Quarry, Workshop & Maintenance, Plant, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing and Account Departments and their sub – units. Annual production - cost targeting and achievement of these targets. Design, feasibility study preparation, equipment selection and arrangements of all new production systems and units. Developing business relationships with existing and new customers. Representing the company in front of all public, private and governmental sectors & organizations.
