During the establishment of the mines, coordination and control of sub-divisions such as purchasing, warehouse, workshop, plant – machinery assembly and construction departments. Integration of the new investments to holding departments. Organization and management of all departments including Quarry, Workshop & Maintenance, Plant, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing and Account Departments and their sub – units. Annual production - cost targeting and achievement of these targets. Design, feasibility study preparation, equipment selection and arrangements of all new production systems and units.
