CurrentTEV Eskişehir Tuna Orhan Nail İzgi Anatolian High School Project – Indoor Area: 4,000 s.q.m., Main Building, Landscape Design, and Infrastructure Works Project ManagementDuties: • Ensuring coordination with the Sigma Center Office in Istanbul among the Client (Turkish Education Foundation - TEV), Project Design Firm, Excavation-Ground Improvement Contractor, and main contractors, as well as developing new management concepts.• Close monitoring of the tender processes, preparation, tendering, and evaluation stages in coordination with the Sigma Center Office, using the selected tender model (turnkey unit price) and applying the evaluation and scoring methods according to the EU central bank’s tender evaluation criteria.• Preparing a draft schedule and requesting the Contractor to prepare a detailed work program in Primavera to update it periodically until the end of the project. • Reviewing, interpreting, and managing contracts from the point of view of FIDIC (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils) conditions of contract.• Preparing a method statement template, reviewing the reports prepared by the Contractor using this template, and developing new concepts, such as incorporating health and safety hazards related to that construction and synchronizing and monitoring it with the health and safety unit.• Reviewing and interpreting technical specifications, approved materials list, and material submittal forms along with attachments (test results, technical data sheets, certificates, etc.) and presenting them to the Administration. Ensuring the compatibility and performance of the material with the surrounding or structural elements when installed.• Receiving and managing construction inspection requests, conducting the final acceptance at the end of the project.• Preparing Non-Conformity Reports (NCR).• Controlling shop drawings and coordinating with the Project Design Firm for solutions when issues arise on-site.
