• Carrying out the pre-mass production of parts belonging to Ford projects such as H625, V363 MCA, V362 PHEV and ensuring their shipment to the customer, planning, monitoring and completing the PPAP approval processes according to the Customer's Project calendar.• Managing weekly meetings with Business Development, Planning, Quality, Part Production and Mold Production departments to monitor Ford Mass production part changes and carry out PPAP approval processes of change parts

• Monitoring and executing the field activities of the sludge incineration plant project, which produces 2.5 MW hours of electrical energy.• Follow-up and execution of plumbing, machinery and machinery equipment installations related to the project (HENKİN of American origin) at the project site.• Daily reporting of field activities (construction, mechanical and electrical) to the project manager and team.

• Running the serial assembly line of the J10 commercial vehicle together with the assembly team (1 Group Leader, 3 Team leaders and 60 blue collar people).• Supporting the improvement works of the final control line (Peugeot Partner, Renault Truck and J10)• Managing daily production meetings, monitoring and executing production activities for the production of the first 18 meter Natural Gas bus produced in Karsan.• Follow-up and execution of prototype bus production such as the Jest commercial vehicle, 12 meter Diesel (Atak, Star) and 12 meter Electric Bus produced under the Karsan brand. Monitoring and carrying out bus production activities on mass production assembly lines together with the assembly teams.
