I'm responsible from all key account customers ocean import operations and in charge of 6 staff .I handle with the problems that my staff face during import operation processes.I also prepare weekly and monthly operation, profit/loss reports to my managers and shipment reports to our customers.

GAC is a multinational forwarder company and I worked there between May 2005 and Oct 2010. During this time I have worked in sea transport, land transport, liquid/chemical transport and pricing departments. I have planned entire logistics processes of all import-export shipments from the beginning to the end, also brake bulk and project cargo shipments according to costumer's demands.
