Warehousing of Airbus helicopters and spare parts.Report to : CEOGet reported by : 12 team members Job description:- Warehousing of Airbus helicopters and spare parts- Motivating and coaching the team mates - Delegation of the tasks among the team - Responsible of the procurement activities of all logistical services i.e. warehouse, domestic deliveries , export & import transportation/shipping, - Minimize the logistical costs so as to provide that the good service and minimum cost at the optimum level.- Organize the deliveries to both local and global customers by all means of transportation and Monitor the shipments in the pipeline.- Owner of the planning the storage of the goods, the deliveries to the customers in coordination with the sales, trade and operations.- Monitor the stock levels in the warehouses and Report to the stakeholders and deliver solutions in case of unexpected situations occured , in order to reduce extra storage costs.- Manage the relationship with the vendors (logistics service providers including warehouses)- Designate KPI's for the vendors and Monitor the vendors' performances- Set regular meetings with the vendors to discuss about their performances.
