As a Business Development Specialist, I played a key role in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing customer experiences through our partnership with Papara SuperMassive, specifically within Gamer Hub.• Integrated SENET, a comprehensive management system, along with a new QR code payment integration through Papara, allowing customers to make contactless payments directly from their seats without needing to visit the cashier. This upgrade significantly streamlined our payment process and improved overall efficiency.• Created new spaces within Gamer Hub, transforming the venue into a more expansive and engaging environment for our visitors.• Established a new organizational structure for SuperMassive and collaborated closely with Human Resources to form a team aligned with our goals. I was selected from among more than 40,000 applicants for the Google Oyun ve Uygulama Academy. Over the course of 9 months, I underwent training in Project Management, Flutter application development, English for developers, and entrepreneurship. During the 3-day AppJam, my team and I developed an excellent homework tracking application. In the final bootcamp, I took on the roles of Scrum Master, UI/UX designer, and coder.
