During my work, I undertook the following responsibilities:Control room systems: Monitoring and reporting of systems controlling power plant operations.Turbine and generator systems: Learning the operating principles and maintenance of turbines and generators, which play a critical role in power generation.Vacuum, condensate and dearator systems: Understanding the importance of these systems in steam cycle and power generation processes.Filtration and flue gas treatment systems (ESP, FGD): Gain experience in the operation of emission reduction technologies used for environmentally friendly energy production.Rankine cycle calculations: I developed my engineering perspective by performing Rankine cycle calculations to determine power plant efficiency.This internship experience reinforced my theoretical knowledge with real-world applications and significantly increased my technical knowledge and competences in the energy sector.
