I have worked as a Design Verification and Vehicle Test Manager in a corporate company operating in the Automotive sector for 17 years.During this duty; functional and homologation related tests on the vehicle/prototype in Light Commercial, Heavy Commercial, Bus and Defense Industry projects; I took the responsibility of the Design Verification and Approval tests, Road Endurance tests and the also test team both within the company and with Accredited Technical Services or Universities.Next 7 years, I have worked in a medium-sized company in the Electrical equipment manufacturing sector as an authorized manager and also as an employer's representative in many technical/administrative issues.Thanks to this task, I took part in the management of many administrative and technical issues with the employer. I have increased my experience in many areas including domestic/international purchasing, Quality, ISO 9001, Production Planning, Production, Recruitment and Payroll, Maintenance and Environmental responsibilities, Occupational Safety, participation in tenders, acceptance and hosting, and international fair stand responsibility.My experience of over 24 years, which I mentioned above, has enabled me to develop my skills to see the big picture more easily and to take necessary actions in advance. For this reason, although my knowledge and experience in test subjects in the Automotive sector is predominantly, I aim to take on a manager / managerial position in different sectors. I have the ability to manage a team/ project and take an active role with the team by providing a fair, peaceful, peaceful and productive working environment in line with the company vision and in harmony with the managers.
