IT Executive, entrepreneur, business development manager, enterprise sales professional and manager, application support manager for critical services.I have over 26 years of experience; first 10 years in finance & banking and the last 16 years in software business.In Getron, a fast-developing mid-sized software company; I led sales, marketing, business development, and support operations. In addition to those roles, I was responsible for legal, finance and HR functions as a partner. I have been instrumental during product development processes for our products; Getron Trace (Pharmaceutical Serialization Solution) and Getron Advisor (AI based Inventory Optimization Solution for Retail).I managed sales professionals in the US, Germany, and Turkey; executed sales, marketing and post sales approach, defined and managed the partnering strategy to accelerate the growth. In this domain, I established and managed the relationship with Microsoft to win the title of “Co-Sell Ready Partner”. I have gained detailed experience with SaaS and Managed Services sales and governance.Together with my team, we increased GETRON’s revenue level to get listed in the “Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Turkey” for 2 times (2014, 2015).Moreover, I initiated 6 TUBİTAK R&D projects which brought significant grant support to our company.I managed 24/7 application support operations team for the key client (Citibank) and took responsibility for customer relationship and managed escalations. During this period my team provided application support of 60+ applications for 300+ users.I performed project management and business analysis tasks on various projects throughout my career. I love all kinds of outdoor sports including; mountaineering (my top peak is Mt. Ararat - 5.162 meters), camping (specially hammocking), bushcraft, survival skills, skin and scuba diving, and swimming. I am a collector of 40 mm metal soldiers.I am a Search and Rescue volunteer and instructor. I joined 10+ national S&R operations and drills.
