- Performing diagnosis and troubleshoot all kinds of high voltage and low voltage components and mechanic products.- Knowledge about high voltage battery, e-motor, motor control unit, inverter, dc-dc converter, high voltage heater, high voltage A/C and also CAN bus (controller area network), LIN bus (local interconnect network).- Performing ECU & Network analysis by using CAN analyzer programs with DBC files.- Using Kaizen concept to lead root-cause analyzing- Performing pre-delivery quality control.- Preparation of detailed technical reports, client requirements and product feedbacks.- Collaborating with Spare Parts dep. to meet the customer demand and make sure part is delivering on time.- Working in Agile team to improve diagnose ability of After Sales Dep.- Responsible markets; Japan, Spain, Romania, Germany, Lithuania
