• Responsible for containers with drilling materials arriving on the platform and checking materials against manifest & Vendor Delivery Notes.
• Liaise with Aberdeen office regarding expediting of materials ordered and not received.
• Create / update inbound manifests by air & organise approval.

• Coordinate the rig’s materials requisitions, organise and control the warehouse, and maintain the warehouse inventory levels within established guidelines.
• Secure the warehouse at all times and restrict access to no-authorized personnel
• Receive materials into the warehouse stock and issue parts to departments as needed.
• Liaise with department heads in the preparation of materials requisitions for all parts and equipment – Focus on planning to minimize urgent orders. Liaise with onshore rig buyer tracking rig requisitions and tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of received and outstanding requisitions and cargo manifests. Track the progress of purchase orders & expedite when necessary.
• Identify and maintain safety critical & operational critical spares and maintain adequate stock levels and maintain adequate stock levels of consumables so as to facilitate the continuous operation of the rig.

• Work with IT setting up new AMOS 2 operating system and advise on faults & required information for warehouse management i.e. screen layout, annual usages of stock items, purchase order information.
• Carry out full inventory check cleaning and relabeling all inventory to ensure all stock was fit for purpose and also set minimum and maximum stock levels for all inventory items in AMOS 2.
• Identify obsolete inventory collate total value and pass relevant data onto sister rig for possible transfer of spares.
• Work through extensive left over shipyard orders and identify parts. Once part were identified lease with departments and Rig buyer to return extra items to vendors for credit. Also add items to rig inventory by.
• Set up waste management Spreadsheets to compile with MCA regulations & store and segregate all waste chemicals correctly and raise SEPA notifications as required for the backload of waste.
• Ensure all hazardous and no-hazardous wastes are correctly labelled and packaged prior to shipment ashore
