• Manages the creative process for creating training products ranging in interactivity from passive to fully immersive real-time simulations from concept to completion• Translates marketing objectives into clear creative strategies• Ensures visual communication and brand standards are met• Manages, directs, and mentors all media personnel including designers, artists, videographers, engineers, and software developers• Directs Complex Media Research and Development including the 3D art pipeline, and extended reality (XR) development infrastructure including efficiencies for augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mobile application development • Leads team prototyping and templating efforts for interactive courseware and training products using authoring software and IDEs including Adobe Captive, Articulate, DominKnow, Unity, and Unreal. • Oversees Flash to HTML5 courseware conversion, ensuring all products maintain the proper level of fidelity and functionality. • Manages resource planning• Identifies/implements solutions to streamline and improve Services and Training Departments• Supervises new contract stand up and close out• Monitors ongoing projects to ensure media cost controls are effectively applied, schedule is maintained, and performance is, at a minimum, satisfactory to meet customer expectations• Provides customer relationship/service support for the company on current and potential new projects• Seeks out new business opportunities, nurtures ongoing relationships, and introduces new relationships into the organization for future business in support of growth strategies• Monitors risk management, quality management, configuration management, and information management across the courseware teams• Ensures company standards and intent are being incorporated in a timely and cost-effective manners• Identifies and executes continuous process improvements that enhance service delivery and associate/client satisfaction

Oversees all media(audio, video, graphics) production as well as game design and development for computer based courseware and training products. Creates engaging prototypes for responsive cross-platform interactive media products requiring a range of interactivity from passive learning to real time learning/simulation. UI/UX design. Flash to HTML5 conversion. Mobile app design and prototyping.Also responsible for corporate media including the corporate reel, company website, print collateral, and interactive trade show demonstrations.
