As a recent graduate of Miami University with a degree in sports leadership and management, I am passionate about creating and executing innovative and impactful marketing and operations strategies for the sports industry. I have gained valuable skills and insights from my internships and work experiences, which have prepared me for the challenges and opportunities in this dynamic and competitive field.In my most recent role as a manager at Cjs Bar, I oversaw a staff of nearly 70 employees, maintained compliance with local municipalities, and completed daily sales reports averaging over $9,000 per night. I also responsibly served patrons while managing crowds of up to 300 people at a time, and achieved high grand total tip percentages ranging from 20% to 25%. Additionally, I organized and conducted interviews for potential new employees, and created and maintained weekly schedules. Through this experience, I developed and demonstrated my core competencies in customer service, communication, leadership, and problem-solving.Prior to that, I served as a marketing and operations intern at G3 Marketing, where I coordinated seven professional NFL/MLB athlete camps and events around the country, in collaboration with P&G and other partners. I also created and edited presentations, recap documents, and promotional materials, and managed travel logistics and inventory of sponsorship materials. This internship enabled me to apply and enhance my skills in project management, partnership marketing, and design, and to learn from the vice president of partnership marketing and other industry experts.I am eager to leverage my skills, experience, and education to deliver value to clients and contribute to the success of the team.
