I am committed to advancing the sustainability and efficiency of the plastic industry, and to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within my team and the wider organization.My most recent achievement was leading the successful acquisition of Proplastik UAB by Vink, the world leader in plastic distribution, in 2019. This was a strategic move that enhanced our market position, expanded our product portfolio, and increased our customer base in the Baltic region. I was responsible for negotiating the deal, managing the transition, and ensuring the integration of our processes, systems, and values. Through this process, I leveraged my communication, operations, and budgeting skills, as well as my extensive knowledge of the plastic market and its trends.
