• Involved in import and export coordination such as freight booking, transport handling, permit declaration, DG submission, consolidation cargo, warehousing, shipping documentation (B/L, AWB, Shipping Order, Shipping.
• Negotiating with carrier/consolidator directly for the competitive rates, shipping schedule (transit time), freight terms.
• Co-ordinating with transport operations for cargo collection /delivery on timely manner.
• Assisting customer to get earlier freight with shortest route and ensure shipment reach destination as requested.
• PM4 declaration, manifest, Portnet, Marinet, DG submission.
