At Digital Natives I had the pleasure to work with many clients and projects throughout the years, both as a software engineer and a CTO.Among many things I've done, these are the ones I'm most proud of:- Organize, teach and solidify the culture of test automation, CI/CD pipelines - for backend, frontend and mobile -, code review, and other XP practices in the team.- Responsible for the professional side of the recruitment process, review CVs, review assessments, conduct interviews. For me this is one of the most important aspects to get it right when building teams, focus on people!- Mentor team members. Helping our engineering team learn, grow, and have a passion for doing their best all the time. Meus Pedidos (now Mercos) is a company focused on creating solutions for sales representatives, distributors, and industries.I joined the company in its early stage, it had only two developers, and because of that I had the chance to work with many technologies - back end, front end, mobile, infrastructure -, product development, and collaborate with our designers on the user experience of the applications we built.I was also leading some of the development teams I was part of.There I worked with Python and Django on the back end; jQuery, vanilla JavaScript, and React on the front end; hybrid mobile development - Android, iOS, and Windows Desktop - with Xamarin and C#; and used AWS to host our services. We did a lot of automated tests, using TDD whenever possible, pair programming, and applied the concepts of Clean Architecture on projects.I care a lot about details, not only on programming but on what we deliver to our customers, it should bring value to them and be aligned with the company's purpose. Which was also a great source of learning during these years.Being part of a fast-growing company allowed me to learn much more than I could imagine in such a short time.

At Linx I was responsible for:- bug fixes;- features improvements;- product maintenance.I worked in a web application, the Microvix ERP. The back-end was built with plain VBScript and SQL Server. And the front-end was based on a small proprietary framework, JQuery and it's plugins. The version control was done through SVN and TFS.

At Easy I got my first job as a developer. There I learned the basics of front-end: HTML, CSS and Javascript. And I also did my first steps with the back-end, consuming services with C# and .NET.
