Current- Preparing legal documents and oral pleadings.- Screening new clients - AML procedure – prepare engagement letters- Administrative file management and follow-up- Electronic calendar and inbox management of Partners and lawyers.- Scheduling meetings (internally and externally).- Making travel arrangements.- Preparation and looking after seminar services. - Typing and layout of correspondence, contracts, motions, notifications, and deeds of partnership.- Translate short documents (Dutch-French-English).- Processing expense notes and taking care of financial administration
